Architectural Design Concept

By developing its surrounding landscape, the building architecture of Sierra Valley Gardens is designed to be harmonious with nature. With more than 30 percent of the site covered with landscape, it creates a garden belt through the different phases of the condominium towers. Each tower structure is multi-leveled, having an illusion that resembles the Mountain Valleys. The façade of the buildings is inspired by Modern Contemporary Architecture. The materials are warm and earthly tones that complement the over-all design with color scheme that creates balance and emphasize on the natural stone in the ground level. Furthermore, Tubular louvers are used in the facade providing AC coverage that gives a cleaner aesthetic. In addition, there is an open courtyard designed to bring natural light and ventilation inside each residential tower. Various units are also carefully designed and planned around the building showcasing the beautiful sights of Cainta and Antipolo skyline. Lastly, the clubhouse provides a warm welcome to both the residents and visitors by adapting earthly warm colors, glass doors, and wide windows for a nice view of the valley a breath of fresh breeze.
